Khaliman Salons, LLC Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

Please be aware that a credit card number on file will be required to book your appointment time.  Due to the high number of missed appointments (no call/no shows), this has become necessary. 

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice if you should need to cancel your appointment.  While we do everything possible to be on-time, in this industry, unforeseen circumstances can arrive suddenly which could cause a delay in start time of your appointment.  This is the reason for asking that you arrive promptly at your scheduled time or a little before.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients who might be on the waiting list for that specific day.  Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and email, also in most cases when clients don’t respond to confirmation texts, phone calls are made to verbally confirm since we do understand how easy it is to forget an appointment that was booked months ago. 

 

Less than a 48-hour notice for cancellation/reschedule will result in a 50% charge of the total service price booked.  Less than a 24-hour notice for cancellation/reschedule will result in a 75% charge of the total service priced booked.   ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the total services booked. We do understand that some unforeseen circumstances can occur from time to time, and those will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  It is understood by the client that the decision will be solely up to the determination of management in these special situations.

Appointments made within 24 hours of requested appointment time require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice if the need to cancel or reschedule.  Failure to cancel/reschedule within the requested 4-hour time frame will result in a 50% of booked services charge.

 

As a courtesy, we will make confirmation calls 1-2 business days prior to your appointment to all clients whom do not confirm via text when appointment reminders are sent.  However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals and cancellation fees.
