Our Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved for you.

While we do everything possible to be on-time, in this industry, unforeseen circumstances can arrive suddenly which could cause a delay in start time of your appointment.

To better assist us in the process, we ask that you arrive promptly at your scheduled time or a little early.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

LATE CANCELLATIONS PENALTY

Please be aware that a credit card number on file will be required to book your appointment time.  Due to the high number of missed appointments (no call/no shows), this has become necessary. 

  • Less than a 48-hour notice for cancellation/reschedule will result in a 50% charge of the total service price booked.

  • Less than a 24-hour notice for cancellation/reschedule will result in a 75% charge of the total service priced booked.

  • No call no shows will be charged 100% of the total services booked.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice if you should need to cancel your appointment.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

We do understand that some unforeseen circumstances can occur from time to time, and those will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  It is understood by the client that the decision will be solely up to the determination of management in these special situations.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and email.

As a courtesy, we will make confirmation calls 1-2 business days prior to your appointment to all clients whom do not confirm via text when appointment reminders are sent. We do understand how easy it is to forget an appointment that was booked months ago. 

If we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals and cancellation fees.

SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION PENALTY

Appointments made within 24 hours of requested appointment time require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice if the need to cancel or reschedule arises.  Failure to cancel/reschedule within the requested 4-hour time frame will result in a 50% charge of the total service price booked.
